No Thirst Software Unveils MoneyWell for iPhone

The Woodlands, Texas - August 5, 2010 - No Thirst Software LLC today released MoneyWell for iPhone, a mobile version of its incredibly popular personal finance software, which provides a modern twist on envelope-style budgeting that enables users to take control of their finances. Users can now sync with MoneyWell 1.6 on their Mac to review bucket and account balances before purchases or record transactions immediately when they happen.

MoneyWell for iPhone was field tested to work under real-world purchase scenarios. Users can create a new transaction from almost every screen and pull default information quickly from their list of favorite transactions. Most new transactions require only two steps: tap in the amount, select a payee and you’re done.

To create an excellent user experience, every screen in MoneyWell for iPhone has custom-crafted pixels. On the new transaction screen, the amount is big and bold for easy viewing and the numeric entry keyboard is customized with large, easy-to-hit buttons. Favorite transactions are remembered automatically to make the next new transaction creation even quicker.

All the screens in MoneyWell for iPhone have been designed to take advantage of the high-resolution Retina display on the iPhone 4. Users also don’t have to worry about losing their place in MoneyWell since it knows all about the multitasking features in iOS 4 and returns to the exact spot the user left it.

Although MoneyWell for iPhone works as a standalone app, it performs even better when paired with MoneyWell for Mac. Users can sync multiple iOS devices with a single Mac to keep everyone in the family on the same financial page.

Many of the features found in the Mac version of MoneyWell have been included in MoneyWell for iPhone. Users can add, change or delete accounts, buckets and favorites, modify their spending plan, or fill buckets for purchases.
